Ignoring my letters

I found the " just electric059 minute service" in the yellow pages, phone: 708 272-7221, no address given. The electrician came in with an " apprentice" and after about 35 minutes replaced my electric switch. For this they charged me $ 550. I wrote to the "59 Minute Corporate" office in Fresno, CA excplaining that I got ripped off by one of their companies in the Chicago area. I am willing to pay them $ 300, but I want them to refund me $ 250. The Company is ignoring my letters.
