Not sure what they do

I'm writing to protest that TLG GREATFNPERCENT_799JAN (or similiar) are getting $12.99 per month out-of my Credit consideration without my agreement. They began getting around $11.99 subsequently since I have did not discover it immediately they chose to up the total amount to $12.99. I don't understand howor where they got my facts. Please may this issue be investigated. I'd also like all my costs repaid since I have never required the card out-of my bag for this.
