Even when I called last month to cancel and they assured me they would cancel, they continue to deduct money out of my account. They are likely sending me more DVDs that I did not authorize them to send, when I indicated that I did not want any more product. I plan to pay the $35 to my bank to stop them from deducting any more money, and the $35 is worth it. I plan to report them to the BBB
