False publication

I joined my poem to get a competition and was informed my poetry have been chosen to be published in a guide of composition named immortal passages appointed for publication in winter 2009. I submitted a deposit to reserve a duplicate. 1 week later a guide of composition named gathered whispers appeared and glued for the first page was my poetry. Plus a letter requesting the remaining bad debts. I won't pay since i have obviously been scammed big style and today my poem is in the hands of the stranger. Whoever is behind this fake site must be ashamed of themselves, accumulating individuals hopes simply to find we've been scammed. They must be closed down!!!
