Is a hoax! Ripoff! These liars need to be stopped!

I wrote a good poem and I submitted it to Poetry.com. I few weeks later I got a letter in the mail stating that my poem had been selected to appear in a volume of poetry. Luckily I didn't have or care to see my poem with a bunch of other in a so called volume. I received a couple more letters requesting my attendence at a poetry convention in Washington DC, to accept an award for my poem; I was told if I did not attend that I would not be able to receive my prize. I did not have the $600 needed to attend, so I did not.

This year I submitted a couple of bad poems that didn't rhyme and made no sense at all. I couple of weeks later I was told that my poem had been selected once again. Every poem I have written has been selected for a book of poetry; either I am really good or I am being scammed. I now know that this is a scam, but I have not stopped writing poems to poetry.com; I have changed the tone a bit. Here is my latest work:

This site is a hoax
They took my dreams and crushed them
Made promises too good to be true
Don't listen to them or trust them
Or they will come and get you

I wrote a poem awhile back
It was not very good
Received a letter in the mail
Saying your poem will be published

Just send the cash to see it
In a limited edition volume
It's not available to the public
It never will be it's just a hoax

I had to edit this poem numerious times due to some content being rejected by poetry.com; finally after many attempts my poem was accepted. Now I am waiting to see if this poem gets published.
