Poor customer service

I'm a committed stayathome mother with 3 kids and like the majority of hardworking people we store at walmart to conserve money and time. Exactly what a laugh! Maybe you have ceased and really looked over people buying in walmart. No body is cheerful or pleased since buying at walmart is becoming equal to having your teeth drawn or likely to the DMV! Whenever you enter walmart it's just like a vortex has drawn all human decency out-of everybody who walks through their gates. For instance I had been at our local walmart customer support table at 8:30 am on the weekday day with my 2-year old boy, I had been the only real client standing there. The ladies behind the table was a boss and was assisting another worker complete paperwork. She ultimately recognized me following a couple of minutes after which explained "I'll be along with you in one minute" after five minutes had handed I eventually informed her to overlook it since evidently assisting another worker complete paperwork was more critical than assisting a person! She never apologized or attempted to assist, simply I would like to leave. I've never encounter a worker that's really helpfull, recognizes you, joy, or does something to imply not just are they good people however they deserve to become taken care of performing their work! Since being truly a pleasant, useful, customer support reperesentative of walmart isn't the things they train their workers to become. The shop disgusts me and sadly a lot of individuals are compelled to look there due to financial situations but at what cost? Is just a buck cheaper compared to top shop allow it to be worth the trade-in great customer support? I'm just starting to believe not.
