Denied Warranty and Refund for Faulty Transmission Purchase

I purchased a bad transmission from Engine and Transmission World, and they wouldn't give me a refund or give me a replacement. When I called, they wouldn't honor the warranty and basically just took my money. Please don't waste your time or money dealing with those people because you will get scammed. Those reviews they have on their website are definitely fake. They get really rude when you start requesting a refund. SCAM!!!!!!
