I have been trying to get help for this illegal organization that has been doing everything illegal to the tenants. I was bitten by a spider that almost killed me. I have had all my hair fall out due to not having any water to wash out a perm when the water was off. I have fallen down the broken stairs, and I was arrested on fraudulent charges that the security guard I reported for sexually assaulting me was able to get me arrested on.
I have had my emotional support animal taken away due to a lie that he attacked a maintenance worker, and we have not had a maintenance worker in over five years. I have had to purchase my own stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, and heater. I have also been retaliated against for reporting them. They have illegally taken three of my transportation methods by having them towed every day.
They have violated a court order that they agreed to, and four years later, they have done nothing but steal the money for the tenants' utilities. They have been lying about the inspection for this property. Navigate is the one that does the inspection and tried to frame me with real drugs. They broke into my apartment to put the drugs inside, and my baby was home and started screaming. I was able to catch them.
I have been violated by the entire system that is supposed to help the tenants. There is an entire criminal organization in Mobile, Alabama, and Birmingham, Alabama, that is responsible for them getting away with these actions. Away with all the crimes they are committing against the tenants! I have 5 years of proof of everything I have been through with every single one that I have reported. Instead of addressing the issues, they continue to violate me and my family even more. They have us living in a home infested with rats, spiders, and mold, which is funded by HUD. This home has been unlivable for over 3 years.
