I have been trying to get Joe to complete work he promised for quite some time. Most of the time he doesn't take the call, rarely calls back and keeps promising dates that the work will be complete. He would make a promise and not show up, not call and would ignore calls for weeks.

I finally got tired of his promises after multiple dates where he promised he would come and never showed.
