Bryan Talbot is still up to his old tricks of scamming people on property. He allegedly owns a house in Polkovnik Sveshcharevo, near Dobrich in the north east corner of Bulgaria. In fact, this house was repossessed years ago for non-payment of mortgage. However, he still "rents" it out to holiday makers. Needless to say, anyone paying for a holiday here never sees their money again or ever hears from him again.

He is working in collusion with an ostensibly reputable agency based in the UK, (homeaway.co.uk). This agency is currently undergoing numerous criminal investigations for fraud as is Bryan Talbot.

You will certainly get more than you bargained for from this unscrupulous conmman as he is also a regitered sex offender both in the UK and Bulgaria and other countries, so watch out for your kids if you have any contact with him. Anyone who has booked with him is advised to contact the police immediately.
