Spotmau Corporation is not legitimate, liars and Software programs are fraudulent!!!

I started emailing them on the same day that I purchased this product, password finder. I could see right away that the product was junk. Tried to resolve this issue with this company, asking for tech support via their tech email address, received no tech support just canned emails, and finally denied that I even purchased this software from them, and that I paid, and that my order number on lmy invoice was not correct, emailed from them. There is a customer service number on the website (1-877-353-7297), and contacted them, and they denied that my order number that they sent me is theirs, and that they did not sell this product to me. They have my money, and now the four emails that I have received from them, canned responses, they say are not from them. This is so bizarre. This is a really fraudulent company. Have searched to see if others have had this problem, and there are many. They sent a fraudulent product id, that is not meant for any program, sent a fraudulent order number, will not respond truthfully in a voice call, will not support anything, and this is a rip off! Your paypal link is a part of the false legitimacy. The website shows another company that I have purchased from before, Wondershare, http://www.spotmau.com/about/company.html This is the reason I did not suspect this fraudulent situation. I do not see that there will be any response from this company, they are not interested in legitimate business practices. Have escalated a claim with PayPal, so we'll see what happens. I do know what I am doing, I have owned an IT business for 18 years, and this software is totally fraudulent, no satisfaction after speaking to a customer service person who denied that this product was even sold to me. Don't get mixed up with Spotmau.com! Crooks, and totally inept at writing software. Just out to rip off the public! This website is filled with lies upon lies!!
