They admitted their online order system has problems. It shows items that are on backorder as in stock. I ordered a handgun and paid to have my FFL dealer email them a license and found out Webyshops did not have the handgun in stock. It gets worse. Their customer service said they new about the problem and assured me the handgun was arriving shortly in the next shipment from their supplier. A month later no shipment has arrived. I checked my online account with Webyshops and my order is not listed and no history of my order can be found. I spoke with Marcus on the phone, Mcrews@webyshops.com and he would send me a email stating the shipment would be arriving shortly and the handgun I paid for was in that shipment. He never sent me a email. A REALLY poor company to do business with. They need their license pulled.
