Charged far more than the price ordered and cannot cancel

I ordered Pure Cleanse for 1735/- and they charged me 10,321/-. When I wanted to cancel, they said I hadn't ordered anything and they could not find any such order. According to their terms and conditions, an order can be cancelled within 5 days after the day of order. Then they said the order had been dispatched! They have automated emails. They don't reply and their services are not good. I don't understand why this company is still open. This is purely fraud! The fraud department should take strict action against this!
