The lady told me their were 13 homes within the 49331 area. I believed her and payed the full 250 dollars. When I searched for homes in the zip code I only found 1 match! They also tell you that if I can show proof of 5 denials from homeowners I can get a full refund. I sent over 10 letters to homeowners in forclosure as directed. I did not get 1 response! Rip off scam! Do not make the same mistake i did! Do not give them your credit card info!!
