Won't Change Account Email and My Last Order Never Arrived

Buyincoins won't change your email address. They tell you to open a new account, but the trouble with this is that you lose your points. This is a scam company that doesn't live up to its promises. My last order hasn't arrived and they won't do anything about it. Stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.
