Collected money without sending the product

I requested coyote snares a few months ago from professional snares by robert along with the money was removed from my account immediately by paypal and that i have yet to get them. I've called and sent a message and get a computerized solution stating he's to busy to answer the telephone or emails. If john has that many orders and is this far behind he should stop getting individuals cash. Appears like paypal would stop gathering for him when they know that is happening.
