Never recieved game, and customer service no help - customer service and game rental

I decided to sign up for GameFly since they had a promotion going. I went to their site, signed up for the service, gave them my credit card info, and selected the games I wanted.

I received two emails welcoming me to Gamefly. Then nothing. I signed back into the Gamefly website to see what was going on since I hadn't received the games I had ordered. Upon trying to log in I found my account had been canceled. I couldn't figure out why since I hadn't received any emails about a problem.

I had to Google the phone number for GameFly in order to find out why my account had been canceled. Their response was to tell me in a very off handed way, that some one at this residence had not returned the games they had rented, so until those games were returned nobody at this address could order games.

I found this ludicrous since they verified my identity via my credit card, and I had been living at this address for 3 years. When I tried to speak with a manager I was stonewalled then dropped. When I called back to speak with a manager again I was stonewalled then my call was dropped.
