Taking money from my checking account for games that have been sent back

Canceled account on June 17th and received a refund. On July 7th 42.00 was taken from my checking account. After talking to gamefly, I was told 2 games were still out and once they were sent back they would refunded the money. The games were sent back, then another 52.50 was taken. Again I called and sat on hold for 30 minutes until someone answered. Was told that the 42.00 and the 52.50 would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. As of today, 14th, another 52.50 has been taken out. So for 2 (two) games that have been returned, I have been charged 147.00. Hello... I could have bought these games in a store for alot less than 147.00.
