I purchased two tickets on January 28th. Stub Hub charged my credit twice. I have called them several times and each time they say they will have the charges removed in 3-5 business days. Although I repeatedly request to speak to a supervisor, they always refuse to let me speak to one. When I ask for the name and address of whoever is in charge of customer service, they tell me they don't know. I want these charges off my credit card. Had I known how this company works, I never would have done business with them.
