Stub Hub Bait and Switch - Tickets - NCAA Basketball tournament - Atlanta

I purchased four tickets on Stub Hub for the NCAA Tournament in Atlanta. The tickets I clicked on the web page were for club (lower) level and were a good value at $59 each. After completing the transaction, I was notified I had successfully purchased four upper level tickets (these tickets were going for $19 each on the site). I immediately (within minutes) called customer service - they offered to discount my purchase but would not refund, insisting I had made a mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor - unbelievablely, the supervisor refused to give me his last name upon request and continued to affirm that I had made a mistake which they would not correct. After much discussion, he did agree to check with his "tech" team to see if there was an error and promised to personally call me back with 2-3 days. Of course, I never heard back from him and have no way of getting back in touch (as he refused to give me his name). I will never buy from Stub Hub and plan to be very active in making sure no one I know ever uses the service either.
