I purchased 2 Bruce Springsteen tickets on January 28th. Stub Hub charged my credit card twice. Every time I call Stub Hub they promise to take the charges off in 3-5 business days. I've called several times and nothing gets done. They put me on hold for long periods of time but refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. I ask for the name and number of whoever is in charge of customer service and they tell me they don't know who that is. This has been going on for almost a month and it's affecting my credit.
