Didnt send order didnt give a tracking number on something that should of been here last month wont answer emails

I preordered the StarWars trilogy for my fiance from newestrelease.com on Aug. 15. They sent me a confirmation saying they billed my credit card but did not give me a tracking number.

Two days after it was supposed to get here I wrote them an email asking where it was and for a tracking number. They didnt write me back. Since then I have written them three other times and still have not recieved an answer or my package.
