My company was registered via Spiegel & Utrera P.A. (BDA: amerilawyer.com). I needed a change name and email them. They left me a message requesting a phone call. I spend over 2 hours on hold, hadled by unfiendly operators, then got to speak to a very rude lawyer who stated that they'd charge $368 for the name change and would not send me any information by email (not even a c/c payment form) intil I provide a c/c number by phone. He was so unprofessional that I called another agency and they handled that transaction within 7 minutes, professionally and for just $95.
