Missing gold bars - Tapjoy support

I play Garden of Times on my iphone i wanted to get more gold bars so I signed up for the Disney Movie Club for which I was to recieve 71 bars I contacted mobile support several times about not receiving my award Was told to forward my welcome email from Disney which I did 3 times and only receieved generic responses telling me they received my email and I needed to send them my welcome email Its the same answer over and over Can you resolve this?
