Tapjoy offer problem!

Hello, im using Tapjoy and sometimes i get offers that contain apps that cost money to buy. It usually gets you a big prize. I saw thoose offers few times but now i cant see them anymore. I contacted Tapjoy they said to upgrade my ios, and on the second email to clear cash and history. I did that but i dont want to upgrade because i already could see thoose offers few times with my current ios. Help!!!
