Tapjoy customer service sucks

I've contacted tapjoy about downloading games and not being credited. I don't think they have people working for them, as I only get generic responses. They ask for the information in one email and I reply back to it with them replying another generic response. I read on a response here that Saad would get issues resolved. I sent him an email and he replied like he was going to help out. After asking for the information and my reply it went back to the generic responses. Then I get emails from a different guy starting all over again. Don't waste your time with these guys.
