Stub Hub presented different prices to different users for same tickets!

A friend called me for help purchasing Pirates tickets on Stub Hub since they changed their site. I was guiding her verbally over the phone while we were both accessing the site online. We found the tickets she wanted and went through the checkout process, but she had to reset her password. I stayed on the site, but refreshed the screen. When my friend logged back in with her password, the same tickets were $10 more expensive. They still showed the same price for me, even after refreshing the screen, going back to the home page and going through the selection process again. And they no longer displayed any of the cheaper tickets for my friend, just the more expensive ones. Sounds like a scam to me. She called customer support and they were able to give her the tickets for the lower price. Wtf?
