It has been three weeks, no response from phone calls or emails. Why doesn't anyone shut this company down?

Placed an order three weeks ago, tried calling and emailing no response from either. There have been many complaints about this company. Why doesn't anyone just report them to the news media, NBC, CBS, ABC. This way it goes national and everyone is aware of it and never order from them again. Also shut the company and website down for good! Put these people in jail and make them repay everyone that has been ripped off from this company!!!
