Just wait til you try to resolve a complaint with the company's Manager of their Customer Service Headquarters, which is located just outside of Portland Oregon... You will hate that you ever joined Netflix.

The manager of the entire department (her name is Amber) is not only immature in how she deals with customers, but has a "I don't care at all" attitude. No matter what you say, she will LIE, and LIE and LIE. Just ask her the name of her Manager/Director at the corporate office... She will LIE. Just ask her the phone number of the corporate office, she will LIE. And as for obtaining a reasonable resolution to your problem??? She WON'T DO THAT EITHER. I received 12 bad discs from Netflix over a 2-month period... She refused to credit my account for more than 1/4 of 1 month's fee (approx $4). After the countless amount of time I also spent trying over and over to get the discs to play on either of 2 different disc-players, and had received 12... Yes 12 different discs that were totally unplayable at some point during the movie, she refused to discuss the matter. She simply said to accept her offer or drop my membership... My choice.

If an employee of my company ever... Ever spoke to a customer the way she does, I would fire her in a second... And never look back.

I called the corporate office, and reallized it is not very professionally operated... Which opened my eyes to what I was involved with. I left a message for the Resolution Team to contact me... I never... Never got a call back. I will speak with my company attorney about the practicality of a class-action law-suit. I am sure that countless others must be having similar issues with the company.
