The Broyhill Group
Invited me to apply for a well paid but non-existant position, then dropped me. Affiliated with Fashion Rock agency-type scam Internet

Recreation & Entertainment

I applied for an advertised position with this company. They promised a good salary ($25 per hour) to listen to sales pitches and make reports. No experience was required.

I was instructed to visit a site called "fashionrock.com" and sign up for a sales pitch. A time was set for the call, but it never came. I signed up for 3 calls but was never contacted. The site is apparently a personal information gathering operation, or a "modeling/acting" agency-type scam.

Many people have posted comments about this operation at the Mystery Shop Organization's website. I read there that the parent company is being investigated for tax fraud.
