I'd a problem that is very severe in sport, the billing department. Since it was mentioned on thier site the payment division was designed to manage account maintenance problems didnt experience was essential, I named the payment division for this problem. I talked having an employee who explained the problem could be resolved with a particular period, it had been not, I named another time and talked using the same worker and who lied straight to me and stated that he never stated the problem could be solved, I talked having a boss about that problem while a worker was giggling in the scenario within the history, very unproffesional. Not with no large amount of difficulty, although the problem was solved. Wal-mart these people care not than mart.
