I'd an extremely severe in sport problem, the billing department. Didnt experience was essential, I named the payment division for this problem since it was mentioned on thier site the payment division was designed to manage account maintenance problems. I talked having an employee who explained the problem could be resolved with a particular period, it had been not, I named another time and talked using the same worker and who lied straight to me and stated that he never stated the problem could be solved, I talked having a boss about that problem while a worker was giggling in the scenario within the history, very unproffesional. The problem was solved, although not with no large amount of difficulty. Wal mart cares more about thier clients than these folks.
