AMX-ABE Events Paid with a Bad Check - Warrant Issued

We did two jobs for this company (out of state) and received a Bad Check for $2990 in return.
Darrell Balli told us (by phone and email) that "I wanted to give you an update on payment and to let you know you can cash the check by end of week." This was 4 months ago.

I have checked his account balance, almost on a daily basis. There has never been enough to cover the check.

We have sent a Demand Letter from our attorney and received no response.

Finally, there is an outstanding Felony Warrant issued for Darrell Balli.
