I went to Wal-Mart today to try to cash a check issued by the State of Texas. They turned me down, due to reason 2. First of all, I have never had a bounced check in my entire life, second... The check was issued by the State of Texas! Obviously this check will not be returned.

Ripoff wrote a check in Apri/18 check was returned nsf took care of check several months later certergy came back 6 months later and said it was reversed could not tell me who or how it was reversed Wanted copy showing this check was reveresed
