Very bad experience, fraud - stubhu

I bought 2 NBA tickets yesterday on stubhub, they were $118 each when I placed the order, but it changed to $1178 each when the email came, I was shocked, that was more than $2000 more, and it was instant transaction, so I called ASAP, however, they insisted it was my mistake, finally I got to speak to a man who claimed to be a manager, still, they wanted me to accept a refund of service fee (about only $160), of course I didn't agree, so he told me that he was gonna send it to their tech team, who knows what would happen, I still haven't heard from them since then
