The organization arranged the Brand New Year event festivities in Bay Area on December 31 in the Westin Resort.

We purchased 2 seats including meal. Three times prior to the occasion they informed us they have to alter the agreement, we shall have restaurant in the cafe in the Westin Bay Area, spend straight to the cafe and they'll return $75/individual.

In The registration table throughout the occasion, they make sure we shall get the reimbursement to my charge card within 3 business days.

Since that time, I named, I send emails; 3 months before someone called back and guaranteed the reimbursement within 3 - 4 times in my own charge card bill. So far nothing, they actually quit addressing the telephone or returning messages.
