If you are a small time producers who want to be royally screwed by a small business that promises everything and gives you nothing (if you're lucky). This theatre started out legit giving small time producers a venue where they will have a facility and stage to use with payment on the backend. Then as the theatre began to grow, solely due to these small time producers bringing in big crowds, it turned from a helping hand into a swinging sword. They will lie to you about your contract, they will write one thing and tell you another.

If you do a guaranteed contract they will still try to charge you even if you brought in the amount of money you guaranteed. They are unprofessional, during a rehearsal they will steal your food and cupcakes (what kind of owners steal cupcakes) They over charge you for guarantees and are hesistant to pay you and overall just a bad vibe. They will treat you like dirt and expect you to just accept it. They have no loyalty at all.

I had done five shows I clearly asked for a non-guaranteed contract were I would get ten percent, the owner changed it to a contract were I get nothing and the theatre get 100%. I should have learned my lesson when they said they were raising their prices in July. I signed my contract in April and they charged me the raised prices before they were suppose to. Next time you see a craiglist ad PRODUCERS NEEDED and you realize it is Gorilla Tango, run. Now you know why they keep needing producers because they sh*t on the ones they have and want a revolving door of new suckers to fool.
