If you go on balloon creations.com, hidden toward the end of the page is HEADLINER PRODUCTION, also owner by Patrick DUFFEK, the only problem is he never bothered to become a talent agent as far as I can see. He according to his site has booked about 1,000, jobs a year for 7 years. I guess hidding saves alot of extra paper trail with the I.R. S, I might be wrong, but I think the I. Rs. Should take a long hard look at this guy, I was not able to find him on the talent search data base. So what are these people he sends out, enployees, subcontractors, underground economy. He says on his site they are licensed and insured, does he mean all of them. What I do no is that Patrick has taken responsiblity for all them by booking them. I am not an attorney, but someone with authority needs to look at this site. I think if he was a legal talent agent he would not hide this site, behind another, but what do I NO.
