Scam!!! The company at first seem legit with all the supposed press coverage on the Internet but if you search well you will find links like http://one-source-talent-agency. Pissedconsumer.com, you will find I'm not alone. This company is the biggest scam priding off peoples' dreams. First of all, they want to charge a set-up fee of $499 and monthly maintenance of $39.95 without even having professional pictures. I real talent agency will only charge you 10% off of booking you get. If you have talent a real agency will represent you for the talent you bring for them to make booking on you. Second it against the law to charge additional fees like paying for pictures and set-up fee only a third party can do that. One Source Talent has a cheesy multimedia website where they post Polaroid pictures of you and offer you booking through audition gigs with insiders in the industry, but it's up to you to really do the work while paying.
