Credit card charged for 5 months after service had been cancelled and refuses to refund monies

On 18 July I popped an All-Access consideration underneath the user-name of, "corn-pone" with iWin, to become charged to my charge card in a price of $9.99 monthly. On 29 July I had been not able to login to my consideration; a note explained that it'd been deactivated. Nevertheless, in December, I came across that iWin and been charging my charge card regular. I posted an issue solution to iWin and got an answer having said that I had been deactivated, however energetic, which no discounts for these incorrect billings are, "accessible." Opinion (s): The login 'cornpone' was deactivated on 07/29. This consideration wasn't authorized to get a membership.

The login 'corn-pone' listed tomsmagicx@gmail.com was authorized for an All-Access membership with iWin.com on 07/18 but wasn't deactivated and support was supplied through the amount of the bill payment. We've ended the membership support under consideration and supplied reimbursement for that newest cost related to this consideration. No additional costs linked to the consideration qualify for reimbursement.
