I purchased 2 telenovelas from this company which totaled 130.00 back in December. The dvd's I received were very poor quality & some of the dvd's did not even play. I contacted the company and the PROMISED me that everything would be taken care of and that they would resend me the dvd's. How ever that it would take some processing time.

Here it is almost 2 yrs later with many e-mails, phone calls, change of websites. Change of phone #'s and promises... The problem is still not taken care of (by the so called Manager's Viviana & Jose). Warning to everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... There satisfaction guarantee is a bunch of lies they just want your money and they are constantly changing there information so that keep ripping people off!

I have all the e~mails I sent to them, some crappy dvd's and I'm out $130.00 now they won't even answer me anymore.
