Charged me 1800 to set up corp. I deposited into his account. Everything Promised not delivered

Contacted Bob to set up a corp. After seeing his website. Spoke on phone and then he e-mailed me his banking info. Deposited money into his account at Wachovia. Corp finally set up after 2 months of hassling with him. I did everything he told me to do. He promised tradelines and business credit. Received nothing. He stopped answering e-mails and phones. I have constantly asked him to refund money or give me what he promised. Nothing. I did all the necessary meeting with officers of the corp, obtained bus. License for my city, opened bank accounts, etc. He promised that he would help me with accts to get a padex score and then we could obtain bus. Credit. He did nothing. His web site promises he will obtain 2 credit cards, that's a lie, he does nothing but stall after he gets your money, send e-mails that he is sick, his computer breaks down and then he disappears and will not answer the phone or e-mails. Everything is documented. I am willing to assist anyone in stopping this person from ripping off people who are struggling to try to make it and someone comes along, makes promises and takes their money. He is a total scam artist.
