Disgruntled - DVD

I ordered a DVD that they said was on back order. They said I should get the DVD by the 1st of April. I didn'. The order was cancelled by the store. I asked them when I was going to get a refund. She said 24 to 48 hours, It didn' happen. I called the following week and she said I would be getting it within 7 to 10 days. Didn't get it. What should I do?
