Phil Restivo seems like a genuine person, but will cheat you if he can. There is nothing more important to him than money, and he will play with you until he gets what he wants. He uses racial slurs, will lie and trick you. He has no remorse and doesn't care about people at all. The word I would use is functioning sociopath.

I am sure there are also people out there who have had positive experiences with him, but I am sure there are more unhappy customers with him than any other business you have encountered.
