"Phil's Carpentry" $2000 ripoff by Phil Butcher!

Only half roof of the shed is done, stairs to the basement are not finished and big mess left behind. The carpenter, Phil Butcher took over $3000 for the job and disappeared, changing phone numbers and jurisdiction. Now, he is waiting for another trustful person (an idiot), in Maryland. Ladies and everyone... Be aware of Phil Butcher!
He operates in a specific way, and that is, he never comes as he said he will, but he will appear later on and do whatever the job requires. After few times (depends on how big the project is) that he comes and does the job, when everything is about to be finished and he gets all the money, you are just waiting for him to come and finish the work only to realize that he is gone.
This is what has happened to me. I sued the man (the case is in West Virginia's court), but he changed the address and he can do this trick many, many times. Unfortunately, even the law does not have its hands long enough!
