SS music hosts a programme called "guess the celebrities" sponsored by the website "www.cinemagalatta.com". I find that the call goes thro and i was kept on hold for 45 min. The call chrages are Rs. 10 per min. Though I knew the answer and was put on hold, i could not talk to the anchor. The anchor gives some time limit to accept calls and chooses only 2 callers and invariably towards the end of the timeline. Most of the time, the calls get disconnected. This is a clear-cut case of earning-gimmick by the service providers and the channel as the callers are put on hold and only selective calls are taken. I lost Rs. 450. I have vowed never to watch SS music at all and am sure many viewers would agree with me.
