I paid for the program then called the "24/7" tech support number, several times plus hold times, never got an answer. Besides using up my mobile minutes the hold music was not music but the most annoying screeching sounds ever. Never a word about how long to hold or "we'll call you back, NOTHING!
I'm in the prodess of trying to get PayPal to stop or cancel the transaction.
