In November I purchased two tickets for Arsenal vs Stoke - and English premiership match to be played in December from worldticketshop. The tickets were delievered 2 hours before kickoff of the event (and much to my surprise were someones season tickets with a name printed on them) The match was postponed due to snow and the tickets were collected by the agent the following day - I requested that I be allowed to keep them for the new date but was advised by email that they were no longer valid. I requested a refund and was told that it was not possible and that I had to attend the new date or lose my money.
I emailed them immeadiately to accept the new date and supplied delivery address for the tickets. From 3 weeks before the new date I emailed and called them to find out when my tickets would arrive and I was advised by email that they would be delievered at least 2-3 days before the new date. They never arrived and on the day I was advised that I should have retained the old tickets - the ones they insisted on collecting from me? And the ones they told me in writing were not valid? Then they said they would open an enquiry as the event had already passed and no tickets were supplied. I keep emailing them but they dont respond This is not an honest company and they sell many tickets for events throughout Europe at inflated prices
