When I purchased tickets through Good Seats I called and asked that the tickets be emailed to me and was told they could not be emailed. I would have to pay the $15 shipping fee plus the handling fee. The day of the game came and my tickets had not arrived. I received an email with fed x tracking saying the ticket delivery time was estimated to be 8:00 pm. After the event. The email also sent a copy of my tickets for me to print. While I appreciate not missing the event all together, I was told when I called not to worry, they only charged the $15 for shipping and not an additional $7.50 for emailing as well. Get the tickets out on time! High Charges. Won't use again.
