All my friends erased over suspension of credit card?

Oneday, as normal, I continue xbox live to perform with my friends. I visit check whois on, but I notice I've no friends when simply your day before I'd 98 friends. Then I'm authorized out-of xbox live instantly since my charge card was stopped. I visit friend demand my buddies, but it claims the concept couldn't be delivered which my loved ones settings limited it, however I've no household configurations. I'm really confused.
